We’re a Secondhand Media Brand that’s in love with all things vintage.
What started as a passion has now become our profession.
When we first began sharing our thrifting journey online, our main focus was to showcase all the cool things we found at the thrift stores in Chicago. For us it was mind blowing that there were so many neglected things sitting around waiting to be discovered and given a new life. With that in mind, we started posting our thrift hauls on Tumblr and sharing tips with others, in hopes that we could inspire others to shop sustainably and buy more vintage. By that time we had already spent a decade digging our way thru flea markets, charity shops, and estate sales together; so we were pretty confident this vintage thing was more than a passing fad.
Fast forward twelve years and much like ourselves the market has matured and evolved into so much more, which has created new opportunities.
For us that means what started as a personal journal of sorts, will now become a reflection of the vintage community as a whole. So instead of just focusing on ourselves, we will now shift our attention to a range of topics associated with vintage culture, including art, music, fashion, design, and business. In doing so we hope to tell stories that not only resonate within our community, but also inspire future generations of thrifters to give secondhand a second chance.
